..your teacher walks in saying how she was hoping nobody showed up for class and one of the final things she says before telling everyone to go home early is "fuck you" casually and for no apparent appropriate reason.
Sadly, I suppose this is precisely why I belong here rather than at a school with a more demanding curriculum and tenured professors that have a genuine interest in their job. The only thing better than getting out of class early is having it canceled. Go State!

Cinema Indecision
I'm going to be in Chicago next weekend and plan on seeing a movie. I have to choose between Saving Face and Me You and Everyone We Know. Both sound terrific so its a hard choice. Based on Rotten Tomatoes, Saving Face wins out with 87% vs. Me You's 76%. On Metacritic, Me You... edges out Saving Face with 75% vs 65%. Maybe this calls for a coin flip. Serious life decisions such as this one always do. If the coin landed on tails last week maybe I would have stayed at home instead of going to the ER to get my hives checked out. I could have saved myself $214.

Man-like sculpture birthed unintentionally.
One of my many flaws is that I'm often too lazy to pick out my ear wax. When it does come out, it never results in anything too artistic. While cleaning his ears with tissue, someone noticed that he had created something so completely adorable that he put it up for sale on eBay.

Let's play a fun game:

It's called "What do I have?".
Hives are all over my body. Are they bites or an allergic reaction? Within the last day or so I've consumed smoked salmon fettuccine alfredo (my own culinary creation), chicken curry avec rice, Planter's Trail Mix (containing peanuts, raisins, banana, cashews, pineapple, papaya, and cantaloupe), root beer, soy milk, and orange juice. I am not aware of any allergies to the said items. Whatever it is, I hope these aren't my last few hours of life. Sadly though; I'm probably due for something tragic after religiously avoiding church, cheating on all those tests, sneaking into movies, and (most recently) installing an NES emulator on my PSP. My sort of deviance surely deserves punishment this itchy in nature.

I've been meaning to make this into an ironic t-shirt ever since I saw it on a highway billboard. My first attempt with iron-ons didn't go well, so I've decided to use Spreadshirt's services. I hope it turns out ok.

Kellogg Kubrick Series 2
Speaking of Kellogg's cereal mascots, I've just made another impulse purchase. I've been eyeing Lego inspired Kubrick figures on Kid Robot for some time and this set in particular. It's been a while since I've bought something so useless. Should I choose to take them out of their package, they'll collect dust with my Mikro Men.
R.I.P. Tony the Tiger
In other news, Thurl Ravenscroft (a.k.a. Tony the Tiger) just passed away and will soon be resting in his grrrrrrrrave. Toucan Sam, Cornelius The Rooster, Snap, Crackle, Pop, and Mr. Mini Wheat are expected to attend his funeral. Kellogg's Frosted Flakes remains my favorite cereal.

Crying, While Eating
Usually food stops my crying immediately and completely. Amazingly, there are a lot of people that eat and cry simultaneously as evidenced by a site aptly named Crying, While Eating.

Gmail invite spooler
It took me until now to leave Hotmail. I had the account since before it got bought out by Microsoft and its seen its share of penis enlargement spam. If you need an email account, look no further than Gmail. You don't even need to get invites from people that you know anymore as you can sign up for them here.

Don't Panic!
With all the exams and projects that I'm buried in right now, I'm reminded not to panic. It's not like my world is being demolished to make way for an intergalactic highway. At least not yet. Get through the week and I'll be rewarded with Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I've read the book, played the original text adventure (which is now available with illustrations here), listened to the radio play, watched the tv series, and now I'm going to see what Hollywood has done with it sans a living Douglas Adams. I hope it's nothing too bad. I've waited far too long for that movie.

The only thing stopping me from importing Ear Vacuum Cleaner 3 from Japan is that it might suck out my ear drums along with my month old wax.

Tetris Tower 3D
I find myself drawn to physical takes on video games. Unlike Pongmechanick, Tetris Tower 3D is actually for sale. There's a TV commercial, but to nothing on Radica's website indicating where the product is available.
Edit: Target has it for 24.89.
